1. GETTING TO KNOW YOU
As we begin to collaborate on our first trip together, we try to get a feel for you and your travel style -- what you like, what you don't, what you've loved in the past, what didn't work. Who you are in your every day lives. We ask a lot of questions and we listen. Our goal is to make sure we plan the trip that's best for you, and come up with creative ways to personalize each detail.
Whether you already know where you want to go or we've helped you to narrow down your various options, this is when we start to formulate a plan. We bounce ideas off of you, give you our feedback, and hope to inspire. We know that your time off is valuable and we aim to ensure that each moment of your journey counts.
Once we've built your proposal, discussed all of the details, and tweaked each element until it's absolutely perfect, we begin to secure your VIP bookings. Once complete, we'll suggest restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and sites we think you will love, to enhance your experience overall.
4. UP UP AND AWAY
Before you depart, we'll send you your final documents including all confirmations, contact numbers and your personalized mobile app. Now it's time for you to sit back and enjoy! While you are away, we are working behind the scenes, checking to make sure things are flowing seamlessly and that every trip we send you on is the trip of a lifetime.
5. SHARE YOUR STORIES
We love to hear your feedback! Once you return, we want to know what you loved the most, and what could be better next time. We encourage you to send us your pictures to share on our social media channels and inspire fellow travelers!
